Lieutenant General L. Scott Rice
Lieutenant General L Scott Rice is the Director, Air National Guard, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. He is responsible for formulating, developing and coordinating all policies, plans and programs affecting more than 105,500 Guard members and civilians in more than 90 wings and 175 geographically separated units across 213 locations throughout the 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.

Chief Master Sergeant Ronald C. Anderson is the twelfth Command Chief Master Sergeant for the Air National Guard. He represents the highest level of enlisted leadership and is the principal advisor to the Director of the Air National Guard. Brig. Gen. Michael R. Taheri is the Commander, Air National Guard Readiness Center, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. As Commander, he leads the Air Directorate Staff in support of formulating all plans, policies, programs and execution of the Air National Guard's $10 billion annual appropriation, enabling the mission readiness of 105,000 military and civilian personnel in 89 wings throughout the U.S, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. General Taheri is a principal adviser to the Director, Air National Guard on field-level resourcing, planning and execution. Prior to assuming his current assignment, he served as the 153rd Airlift Wing Commander, Cheyenne, Wyoming.
