It's the oldest and largest industrial facility that belongs to the U.S. Navy and it's also the most multifaceted. NNSY follows the OSHA Voluntary Protection Program and has been a Star site since 2006. Contractor & Non-NNSY Government Agency (NNGA) Access to OSHECM Chapter 250, NNSY’s Hazardous Energy Control (HEC) Program, Lockout/Tags-Plus (LOTP) and OSHA 29 CFR 1915.89 Hazardous Energy Control: For all NNSY Service and Rental Contracts involving hazardous energy control work, Contractors and Non-NNSY Government Agencies (NNGAs) must follow NNSY’s Hazardous Energy Control (HEC) Program, Lockout/Tags-Plus (LOTP) and also meet OSHA 1915.89 requirements.  The following hyperlinks will direct you to this information.
