Training Plan Execution

Personnel Management advisors located at your servicing Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) work closely with management and organization training coordinators to ensure that the installation and regional training plans are executed effectively. They do that by notifying the workforce of available dates and locations of courses and scheduling employees for training. These advisors can also assist with preparation and submission of manual or automated training requests.

Whenever training cannot be accomplished as planned due to budgetary or other unforeseen constraints, the training may be rescheduled and prioritized for future accomplishment.
