The criteria for selection of a training facility is that facility's ability to meet the Army's training need effectively, economically, and in a timely fashion. Army employees may not receive training from any non-government facility that discriminates because of race, color, religion, or national origin in the admission or in the subsequent treatment of students.
The figure below is not all encompassing, but rather shows several of the more visible Army commands which provide civilian training. The majority of this training is functional; however, leader development may also be supported.
