The Patient Movement Items Tracking System (PMITS) is an information technology system within the Defense Medical Logistics – Enterprise Solution (DML-ES) portfolio. The DML-ES portfolio provides a continuum of medical logistics support for the Defense Health Agency. PMITS tracks the status and location of biomedical equipment used during aeromedical evacuations of patients.
