Group Fitness With Morale, Welfare and Recreation

Maybe you're an installation-fitness-center-newbie. Or perhaps you're a fitness center regular. Maybe you're a "sometimes" kind of person. The good news is, no matter where you are on the spectrum, there is probably a Morale, Welfare and Recreation group fitness class that will appeal to you and offer you a challenging workout. The classes provide a team atmosphere and can help you find workout partners. When trying a new class, you'll also have the benefit of new exercises, the motivation of an instructor and the accountability of signing up.

From high-intensity aerobic workouts to relaxing yoga, your installation's fitness center has the classes everyone is talking about. Most installation fitness centers offer group fitness classes to you at little or no cost. Classes are available to anyone who is eligible and has access to the gym. Use the classes as primary fitness tools, or supplement your current routine. You can even bring the family in on the classes and make fitness a fun habit.
