David Chapa explains the proper way to stabilize the laundry advance system and ways to minimize the effects if it were to become unbalanced during annual training.  Chapa is part of the 340th Quartermaster Company.  They conducted annual training at Fort Hood, Texas from August 6-26, 2016. EXERCISE NEWS DAY
Provide Public Affairs (PA) Soldiers and units with an opportunity to practice their craft in a real-world training environment, improve individual technical skills, and reinforce Mission Essential Task List training while providing PA support for 90% of the Army Reserve’s summer annual training exercises.
