SR 305 corridor
improvement survey results available
Survey results for the State Route (SR) 305 Corridor Improvement project
are now available. SR 305, which runs from The Bainbridge
Island ferry terminal to SR 3 in Kitsap County, is a vital corridor for
residents, businesses, and visitors. An online survey was recently
conducted to identify key transportation issues within the corridor.

Open House set to get
input on shared-use trails to connect CK and SK
Kitsap County and the City of Bremerton invite you to a community open
house January 17 in Bremerton to learn about a feasibility study
underway for a 3.1 mile shared-use trail connecting Jarstad Park in the

flashlight to add to their emergency kit. And, if you’re into social

Court Citizens Advisory Committee is asking the public to complete a
survey to provide input and suggestions for prioritizing gaps in service

Insurance Benefit Advisors (SHIBA) volunteers needed
Statewide Health Insurance Benefit Advisors (SHIBA) volunteers help
consumers make informed decisions about health insurance, including
Medicare. We train SHIBA volunteers to educate, assist and advocate for
consumers about their rights and options. Volunteers receive training,
guidance and ongoing support through the Washington State Office of the
Insurance Commissioner and the local SHIBA office in the Kitsap County
Division of Aging and Long-Term Care. No experience is necessary. Follow
