The objective of the Tools, Capabilities and Evaluation Methodology portion of the Hallmark program is to develop and validate analytic and human-centric technologies for enabling the full spectrum of military space enterprise command and control capabilities for the commander. This will be accomplished through research and development of multiple novel technology tools and capabilities integrated in a testbed (solicited in DARPA-BAA-16-40) and tested and validated in periodic, realistic, scenario-based evaluation events.
