The MIL-DTL-24784C DTD is not supported in the SNIPP-approved database and publishing system. Using the S1000D DTD/Schema Suite with the NAVSEA S1000D Information Sets meets the technical manual requirements identified in the MIL-DTL-24784C specification and is supported in the SNIPP approved database and publishing system.

This is an implementation of MIL-DTL-24784C (dated 3 November 2007), the detailed specification for the acquisition and development of NAVSEA TMs.
