Welcome to Headquarters U.S. Africa Command, Directorate of Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems (J6). The J6 Directorate is located on Kelley Barracks, in Stuttgart, Germany and manages C4 Systems efforts for the command here at the Kelley Barracks Command Headquarters, at the Joint Analysis Center (JAC) in Molesworth, England, and forward elements located at Camp Lemmonier, Djibouti. We also conduct multiple capacity-building engagement activities with our African partners as well as the annual African Endeavor coalition communications interoperability exercise.

Mission

The AFRICOM J6 develops, directs and provides Command, Control, Communications & Computer Systems Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) support, cyber security, and partner C4 capacity growth in order to deliver and improve operational capability, network security, and support to the AFRICOM Theater Campaign Plan.
