The Business Opportunities Office serves as the receipt for bids and proposals submitted in response to DLA Troop Support solicitations.

Solicitations starting with SP0100 or SPM100 are for Clothing & Textiles, SP0200 or SPM200 are for Medical, SP0300 or SPM300 are for Subsistence, SP0500 or SPM500 are for Construction & Equipment, and SP0103 are for DLA Enterprise Services.

DLA Troop Support's Industrial Hardware supply chain also supports both DLA Land & Maritime and DLA Aviation for certain items. These “detachment” offices are listed as ***.

DIBBS is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit secure quotes on Requests For Quotations for Defense Logistics Agency items of supply. DIBBS also allows users to search and view Request For Proposals, Invitations For Bid, Awards and other procurement information related to DLA.
