Immediate Notification Instructions

This section provides specific instructions for making immediate notification to the Army Combat Readiness Center of a Class A, B, or C Aviation accident or a Class A or B Ground accident.

AVIATION ACCIDENT

Immediate telephonic notification required for Class A, B, and C accidents.

  1. Notify the U. S. Army Combat Readiness Center (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) immediately by phone at DSN 558-2660/3410 or commercial (334) 255-2660/3410

GROUND ACCIDENT

Immediate telephonic notification required for Class A and B accidents both on and off duty.

  1. Notify the U. S. Army Combat Readiness Center (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) immediately by phone at DSN 558-2660/3410 or commercial (334) 255-2660/3410
