The DISN Rates Management Council establishes the DISA Customer Forum (DCF) as a working level group to review and provide recommended solutions to rate issues, policy issues, resource issues, processes, business practices, operational issues resulting from rates/rate structures; and serves as the initial review group for subscription management.
