  • Earl Grant Steele III 24 mins · Gary Sinise, Has championed the cau...se (along with Toby Keith and Trace Atkins); to help our wounded Veterans (and their families). These great men, have more money, than you and I will (probably) ever see. Yet, they risk their lives, to be flown into hostile war zones, donate hundreds of Millions (of their hard earned dollars), and will drop everything on their schedules, to actively support our brave men and women in uniform (and their families)!!! Furthermore, they have led the fight, to improve the treatment (and living conditions), of our service personnel, at Walter Reed Medical Center, Bethesda Naval Hospital, and various VA Hospitals/Clinics (across this country)!!! Why, do they do all of this? Because, they are Real Americans, who respect our Veterans; and want to, do whatever, they can, to show their appreciation for the freedoms provided, by these men and women (and their families)'s sacrifices!!! Donald Trump is going to choose, the next Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs. I believe, that it should be Gary Sinise. If you believe, as I do, Please, like and share this post. Please contact someone connected to the Trump/Pence transition team. Do whatever you can; to make your voices heard, on this important issue!!! With the Bravo-Fernandez and Martinez-Maldonado v. United States, 15...-537 case. What if the defendant waived its acquittal when filing for an appeal and receives the vacated ruling for both charges? Also, Roe V. Wade: Here is a great question: If a potential mother files for an abortion, who is giving the choice to the dead fetus to at one day in age file for an abortion and so on? There would be more rights forward in time than backwards in time due to abortions not being legal for quite some time. Potential, actual, and deceased form of a person. If you have equal protections of the laws in regards to time, then all three would be the same. To be deceased, you have to have actual life. To have actual life, you must have potential life. If each person is equally protected in regards to these steps to be followed, then abortion is illegal due to each person being defined as having life. Also, all within these three time frames have all of the rights of a USA citizen in which makes it so there are more rights against Roe v. Wade. Not all of the time constitutional rights are for the better good. There is more to this of course including international law. And a threat to national security: I proved that once the people have the right, they have the right forever. Before they were obligated by the terms on Facebook, they were not. Once they have access to Facebook, they get to keep that right forever including the terms with it. Then they can go back and keep all rights to not be obligated by Facebook's terms and still have access to Facebook. There are more right in keeping all rights forever than there is to waiver so even if they waiver a right they can go back and keep all rights forever. Only the people have this right not organizations including the government. Per Facebook terms and i quote: "We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same. You will not post content or take any action on Facebook that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law." The USA constitution is supreme law besides international law per international law. Before there was restrictions on speech, there was no restrictions on speech. I proved that once the people have the right, they get to have such right forever. I also proved that violations of the constitution to be a lethal injection offense and/or seize of all assets offense. Per international law, any violations of the constitution merits a lawsuit within the UN. Also, this court is superior than the USA Supreme Court since it was made because of a treaty. I beat not the founding fathers intent (intents that lead up to the constitution), name what precedent, and the percentage game with both the conservative and progressive arguments. Yes, all of the cases lawyers use within briefs are a waste of time. I beat public entity immunity, state immunity, stock holder immunity, and more. If you would like to know more, let me know.
