The January 2016 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers scorecard measures progress against the goals of Executive Order (EO) 13514: Federal Leadership in Environmental, Energy and Economic Performance while planning for future performance against of the goals of EO 13693, Planning for Federal Sustainability in the Next Decade which replaced EO 13514 on March 19,2015.
Although USACE is not presently meeting all its targets as indicated on its Sustainability/Energy Scorecard, the agency is poised to make positive strides in several areas. USACE also has established a pipeline of energy performance contracting projects that will help make significant strides toward the goals of EO 13693.
