Station Allowance Changes
Station Allowance changes are effective on the 1st and 16th of each month. The official announcement of all allowance changes for each pay period is included in the Station Allowance message. This message also announces changes to the Overseas Cost of Living (COLA) and Overseas Housing (OHA) allowances.
The introductory paragraph of each message contains the effective date, and the countries affected. In addition, each message includes the following sections:
- Section A - Overseas COLA
- Section B - OHA
- Section C - Pay System Exchange Rate Changes
- Section D - Allowance Data Reviews resulting in No Change to the allowances
