Antivirus support is available for enterprise license only. Home Use software is not supported by the OKC Helpdesk.
Technical support is available for enterprise use of McAfee solution. In accordance with the support contract, however, assistance must be requested via your Service's Antivirus Support Team. To do so:
- First contact your local system administrator.
- The system administrator will contact any additional support entities stipulated by their respective commands' standard operating policy.
- The system administrator will contact your Service's Antivirus Support Team.
- The Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy each have their own Antivirus Support Team.
- If your agency or command is not directly affiliated with or supported by a particular military branch, your case should be referred to the Antivirus Help Desk:
