  2. At National Guard Association of the United States conference in Reno. Today's highlight was the spot on speech by the General Mark Welsh, Chief of Staff of the USAF. I heard his message at Air Force Sergeants Association last month and again here. He speaks from the heart about our Airmen (and Soldiers). Spot on sir!
