Honorable Mike McCord - Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) and CFO Mike McCord was sworn in as the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller)/Chief Financial Officer on June 27, 2014 and serves as the principal advisor to the Secretary of Defense on all budgetary and financial matters, including the development and execution of the Department’s annual budget of more than $500 billion.
