Requestor Service Center
The Freedom of Information Act Program allows the general public, including foreign citizens, military and civilian personnel acting as private citizens, to request records electronically or in writing from the Federal Government. FOIA is a Federal law that establishes the public’s right to request existing records from Federal government agencies. FOIA generally provides that any person has a right to request access to federal agency records, except to the extent that those records are protected disclosures under the nine legal exemptions or under the three special law enforcement record exclusions. The FOIA Requestor service Center is established in compliance with Executive Order 13392.
This USPACOM Requestor Service Center is the initial point of contact for FOIA requestors to submit FOIA request, receive status updates and appropriate information about their requests at USPACOM.
