The Business Operations Division (CG-114) is responsible for budgetary oversight of all Coast Guard health care facilities, as well as management of the Coast Guard Medical Information Systems.

CG-114 is charged with ensuring all Coast Guard beneficiaries receive superior health care and with implementing the electronic health record.
