These events offer an excellent opportunity for employers to meet with highly skilled and talented wounded, ill, injured and transitioning service members, their spouses, family members, primary caregivers and other Veterans as they seek employment opportunities.
The CPP/DCPAS Training programs support the deliberate development of highly skilled civilian leaders who are well prepared to lead and excel in a joint, total force environment.
Executive Order (E.O.) 13522
Executive Order (E.O.) 13522, allows management, employees and their union
representatives to engage pre-decisionally in all workplace matters, to the
fullest extent practicable, without regard to whether a bargaining
obligation exists under Section 7106 of the Federal Service Labor-Management
Relations Statute.
This video promotes labor-management cooperation in DOD and encourages DOD
labor-management representatives to participate in FLRA-led training on
