MISSION:
Develop agile and adaptive Warrior Leaders and Soldiers fully capable of conducting Unified Land Operations in support of combatant commanders through the effective delivery of professional military education while imbuing the skills and traits necessary to lead, train, and mentor Soldiers for success in current and future contingency operations and to maximize readiness as leaders in an Army of preparation.

Provide academy staff an environment that develops all aspects of a Soldier's career expectations, integration into the planning, execution and evaluation of all organizational operations.
The NCO Academy courses that are taught at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin include the Warrior Leader Course (WLC) & Battle Staff Noncommissioned Officer Course (BSNCOC).
