DCoE Monthly Webinars

DCoE hosts monthly webinars to provide information and facilitate discussion on a variety of topics related to psychological health and traumatic brain injury. Each month features a different topic with presentations by subject matter experts followed by an interactive discussion period. Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center – Training & Events

The center offers online education for both civilian and military providers to learn about traumatic brain injury. All are free of charge and some offer providers continuing education or continuing medical education credits.

Deployment Health Clinical Center – Education and Training

The center is committed to providing military and civilian health care professionals with educational opportunities and information related to psychological health and deployment health.

Center for Deployment Psychology – Training

The center trains military and civilian behavioral health professionals to provide high-quality, culturally-sensitive, evidence-based behavioral health services to military personnel, veterans and their families.

National Center for PTSD Online Training Opportunities

The center provides many free and in-depth training opportunities covering trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder assessment and effective treatment for providers, researches and other professionals.

Training to Administer DoD Deployment Mental Health Assessment

This training certifies non-mental health providers to conduct deployment mental health assessments to recognize the significant symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, substance misuse and other emotional or social problems. Upon completion of the training, 1.5 AMA category 1 credits are available for providers. The training was developed by the Office of the Deputy Assistance Secretary of Defense Force Health Protection and Readiness and Deployment Health Clinical Center.
