DLA Aviation is based at Defense Supply Center Richmond, which is located at 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway in Richmond, Va.

Employees and visitors with a valid DoD identification may enter through the East Gate, also known as the Main Gate, on Jefferson Davis Highway. The East Gate is open 5 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, except holidays.

On weekends and holidays, those with valid identification must use the North Gate on Strathmore Road off Chippenham Parkway (Route 150). The gate is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week..

All others visitors to DSCR must process through the Welcome Center just outside the North Gate in Building 210, between 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

To receive a temporary visitor identification card and vehicle pass, drivers must present a valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration form and proof of insurance. Non-drivers must present a valid photo identification card. Call (804) 279-4754 for more information.
