The Coast Guard Subsidy Program is in an administrative transition between GSA and USDA effective 1 October 2016. This change will have no impact on the services currently provided to families, but all of the forms and processes are being rebranded from GSA to USDA. GSA has already notified all of the families currently enrolled in the program of the change.
