INDUSTRIAL SECURITY CASES

      The Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA) adjudicates industrial security clearance cases under DoD Directive 5220.6, which implements Executive Order 10865, as amended.   These cases involve security clearances for Contractor personnel doing classified work for all DoD components.
