The Auto Hobby Shop is a do it yourself garage set up to benefit military and civilian DOD employees. We provide you with tools and a warm dry place to work on your vehicle. We do not carry supplies or parts, so you will need to bring your own, such as oil, filters, spark plugs, etc...The shop has 5 lifts and 2 flat bays.

Rental fees are $4.00/hr for a lift and $3.00/hr for a bay. We provide basic tools at no extra charge.  For example, you come in to do an oil change(bring your oil and filter with you) we will provide you with tools and rags, If you finish in an hour or less, it cost you $4.00 and we dispose of your used oil for free. We will instruct you on proper lift placement and operation.  If you need instruction on oil changes, we will teach you.

For those of you who do not have time, MWR also provides drop-off services, by appointment only, such as oil changes, tire balancing/rotation, fluid checks and engine diagnostics for a fee.

The Auto Hobby Shop is open to all military, dependents, retirees and DOD civilian workers, men or women.
