DLA Customer Assistance Handbook

The DLA Customer Assistance Handbook is marked For Official Use Only and is not open to the public. Only DLA customers with a need to know will be granted access to the handbook, either online or in hard copy. If nongovernment people working on government projects require the DLA Customer Assistance Handbook, their government contracting officers should email the handbook editor.

DLA customers with a common access card and a ".mil" internet protocol extension can access the handbook here.

Others can register for a user ID and password in order to access the handbook.

DLA customers may order hard copies of the latest edition online by completing the Information Request Form.

Although DLA works to provide current information for customers in the handbook, things change quickly. Periodic updates to the handbook are available on the website.

DLA relies on customer input to help continually improve the DLA Customer Assistance Handbook. Feedback can be provided by email to the handbook editor.
