PLUGINS UPDATES

As information about new vulnerabilities is discovered and released into the public domain, the research team designs plugin updates for Nessus and the Passive Vulnerability Scanner to test and monitor for them. These plugins contain logic to enable Nessus and the Passive Vulnerability Scanner to analyze systems and network traffic to identify vulnerabilities. Plugins are distributed to customers through Nessus and Passive Vulnerability Scanners managed by Security Center. DISA releases frequent plugins updates to the DoD Repository.

ACAS Plugins

RED HAT YUM SERVER

DISA will provide monthly Red Hat OS patch updates via the YUM server to all ACAS servers throughout the DOD enterprise.

LICENSE KEY

Visit the CAC-enabled ACAS Portal (use email certificate) for license key requests. Only Government Civilian and Military personnel can submit requests. If you cannot access the ACAS portal, please visit the DEPS FAQs Intelink wiki for common solutions.
