William H. Booth
Director, DHRA
William H. Booth, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Director, Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD (P&R)). In this capacity, he provides administrative and operational oversight of the Field Activity. Mr. Booth is also responsible for planning, policy, and program and resource analysis and management for the DHRA Headquarters and its component organizations.
Jeffrey R. Register
Deputy Director, DHRA
Mr. Jeff Register, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is currently the Deputy Director, Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD(P&R)). As the Deputy Director, Mr. Register serves as principal advisor to the Director in overseeing and coordinating the work of the Field Activity that maintains comprehensive personnel database repositories, directly administers personnel policies, and manages DoD-wide education, outreach, and personnel support programs.
