In this file photos, Brig. Gen. Thomas C. Graves, deputy commanding general of operations of Eighth Army, and leaders from different branches of military, both U.S. and the Republic of Korea, gathered around the Hill 303 Memorial.  The memorial ceremony was a tie-in event to the Battle for Nakdong River Victory Celebration. The Hill 303 Memorial was built to remember the massacre which North Korea perpetrated upon U.S. and ROK prisoners of war.

WAEGWAN, South Korea - In this file photos, Brig. Gen. Thomas C.
