Our Mission

The Center for Leadership and Service develops learning opportunities for students to engage as active citizens and leaders in the global community.

The Center for Leadership & Service provides collaborative programs to better serve students, the campus, and the community. Opportunities and events exist to develop students to become engaged leaders in the global community.

Vision Statement

The Center for Leadership and Service will inspire all students to serve and lead for the purpose of creating positive social change.

Core Values

  • Learning
  • Engagement
  • Community
  • Collaboration
  • Empowerment

The Center for Leadership & Service creates and implements programs that reflect and instill these five values. We develop students who will become active participants in the LEARNING process, and in turn will understand the value of service, leadership, and civic ENGAGEMENT. Our office creates an inclusive COMMUNITY on campus by establishing connections and encouraging COLLABORATION to EMPOWER student leaders to solve complex problems together.
