University of North Texas

UNT will remain closed Dec. 9 due to the icy conditions on roadways in Denton and throughout the North Texas region. The closure affects all offices, libraries and classes. BlackboardConnect classes and online testing will continue as scheduled.

Even though we recognize the challenges associated with closing the university during finals week, the safety of our community continues to be our first priority. Throughout this afternoon and on Monday, we will have crews working to help make our campus parking lots and sidewalks safer for use.

We also will post a new schedule for exams on the Registrar’s website as soon as possible. We will share that information through social media when it is available.
