Zoila Hernandez, food service employee

Zoila HernandezZoila Hernandez, 57, right, a Dining Services employee at Mean Greens Cafeteria, died Jan. 17 at her home.

Hernandez served UNT Dining Services for 17 years. Peter Balabuch, associate director of residential dining, described her as a steadfast and loyal employee.

She was originally from Guatemala and is the mother of 10 children.
