Marketing and Communications Project Requests

The External Relations Division handles marketing, communications, events, and advancement for UNT Libraries. Promotion of the Libraries’ services, collections, initiatives, special events, and fundraising also fall under External Relations.  

If you would like to request marketing or outreach for a library event or service please use the “Project Request Form.” Completed forms should be emailed to external.relations@unt.edu. 

Project requests will be accepted into our queue once External Relations receives the information and elements necessary to begin your project. Please see "Project Lead Times" for information on project turn-around times.

Outreach and Press

Outreach & Press selections will require submission of an article by the client. Our Outreach Coordinator will proofread for style and distribute to the channels selected but will not write articles on your behalf unless you specifically request this service. This can be noted in the custom request section of the form.​
