IELI develops special programs for English students, training programs for English teachers, and consulting services for language centers and universities across the world. Since 1977, IELI has supported many institutions by providing a variety of language and professional programs on our campus in Denton, Texas and overseas.
Some of the programs that IELI offers are:
- Short-term immersion courses for English students during the summer or winter terms
- Professional development programs for EFL teachers and visiting scholars
- Customized training programs for ESL/EFL teachers in the U.S. and abroad
- Cooperation agreements with international language centers and universities
- Evaluation of ESL/EFL programs
- Development of tests and assessments for intensive language programs
