School of Journalism

This scholarship was established in honor of Roy Busby – alumnus, faculty member and former director of the Mayborn Graduate Institute of Journalism.

• The award is open to incoming or current students of the Mayborn Graduate Institute of Journalism at UNT and is based on need and ambition.
• The GPA requirement (3.0) is the same as the graduate school.
• Applicants must work full-time and maintain part-time enrollment at UNT majoring in journalism.
