HELP WITH CANVAS

For questions about using Canvas—for instance, if you can’t figure out how to upload a document, or a quiz or assignment is not showing up where you think it should—then you should do the following:

  • First, check the “Canvas Guides” to see if they cover the topic. These are short, informative guides to particular topics. Here is the link to the Canvas Guides for students
  • Second, if you can’t find the answer in the Canvas Guides, send an email to lawcanvas@untsystem.edu. This is the email account that the COL has set up specifically to answer Canvas-related questions. Please describe your question as clearly as possible.
