Google Chrome 45, released September 1st, 2015, has completely dropped support for NPAPI plug-ins. Popular NPAPI plug-ins include Java and Silverlight, amongst others.
Some portions of Blackboard Learn may use one of these plug-ins, in which case, you'll need to switch to a browser that supports it, such as Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer.
The Mainframe has opened a temporary location in the Stovall Temporary Union Building (STUB) room 161. You can visit the store now to see their deals on products and make purchases on campus.
When the store opens in the new Union, you will find that it is a full fledged Apple Store, providing Apple products, accessories, and Apple-certified techs for full-service repairs. This is an exciting addition to UNT, especially considering the nearest Apple Stores are in Southlake and Frisco.
Check out their Union website and "The Mainframe" Facebook page.
Current student EagleConnect accounts are now licensed to use Office 365 ProPlus!
What comes with Office 365 ProPlus?
Blackboard Learn now has a browser check which will help you verify if your computer and browser are compatible with the Blackboard Learn system. Please note that the Browser check may state that your browser is not supported. As long as you are using the latest update of your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or IE) your browser should be compatible with Blackboard Learn.
To ensure that we are offering a high level of customer service the UIT Helpdesk has posted a customer satisfaction survey. If you have time, please take a moment to complete the survey and let us know how we are doing.
