Undergraduate Financial Aid

College of Visual Arts and Design (CVAD) students are eligible for scholarships awarded by CVAD as well as scholarships awarded by the University of North Texas (UNT) and the Honors College.

For academic year 2015-16, we awarded 64 College of Visual Art and Design Scholarships to our continuing CVAD graduate and undergraduate students, totaling over $71,000. We also plan to award $12,000 during the summer to our new CVAD graduate, transfer and freshman applicants.

Scholarships are offered in every major area of the college. Through the generosity of donors to CVAD over the years, many of these scholarships are endowed and have been awarded many years running. Others are added each year.
