This is the Photoshop printer dialog box for the Epson Sure Color P800 printers. This is what you want your dialog box to look like if you were using letter size Red River Ultra Pro Satin 4.0. The main things you want to look for having the correct paper size and color management settings.

For the color management, you want to choose the correct paper profile. There are a lot of different profiles, so make sure you choose the right one for your paper.

When you have chosen the correct paper profile, you will want to make sure you have the right paper size. You may have to resize your image to get the correct size. This image has been resized to 9 inches on the long side at 300ppi. The paper size is 8.5×11 inches (US Letter).

Creating a custom paper size without a border is another option that is available. When you make a custom paper size it is good to name it accurately.

These are the correct settings for the printer when I am using a custom page size. If you choose US Letter this is what the image below shows what the settings look like. It is important to see the difference, because sometimes the printer will think you are printing with a roll, when you are not.

Once you have the settings correct you can click print. If you wanted to make a test strip, in the main dialog box you will choose print selected area and uncheck the center box so you can move the image around to get the strip you want printed.

Make sure you select the part of the image you want to see printed. If at any time you have any trouble with any of these steps, don’t hesitate to ask for help from one of the lab workers.
