Biography
Erin graduated from UNT with a BBA in Entrepreneurship and a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance. After graduation, she worked in the risk management and insurance industry where she handled property claims, reviewed claim files for regulatory compliance, and trained new adjusters on estimating and claims documentation.
In 2012, Erin came back to UNT to pursue a long time goal of earning a MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources (OBHR). As a graduate student, she received Outstanding Graduate Student in OBHR. In 2014, she joined the Department of Management as an adjunct faculty member and later transitioned to a lecturer role.
