Housing
There are thirteen (13) dormitories on the UNT campus to choose from. Dormitories are limited, so apply as soon as you can. Check out the UNT Housing website for more information.
UNT also offers the REAL (Residents Engaged in Academic Living) Communitywhich is a great housing program for students of the same major/interest to live together in a wing within a dormitory. If you are interested in this make sure you indicate it on your eHousing application (select: "REAL Community Student") as the student type.
Off-Campus Housing: There are numerous apartments around the UNT campus, many within walking distance. The apartments vary in price and some have the option of being fully furnished. The www.apartmentsearch.com or our off-campus housing listing can help students begin their apartment search.
Additionally, if you need to furnish your apartment/home, there is cost-effective alternative to fill your apartment/home with quality furniture. CORT can also provide cookware, towels and linens, a TV and more. Visit their website at www.cort.com/student.
