Academic Interests
Current research interests include virtual entrepreneurship, new organizational forms (temporary organizations), degrowth, sustainability, individual and organizational issues in start-ups, and inter-organizational relationships.
Teaching interests are primarily in Entrepreneurship and Strategy with experience teaching face-to-face, online as well as blended classes. Courses taught include Human Resources Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and the Undergraduate Capstone course (Business Policy).
Currently working on disseration titled- Virtual Entrepreneurship: Explicating the Antecedents of Firm Performance.
