Trophy Club Country Club
Named one of the Best Country Clubs in Dallas-Fort Worth (Avid Golfer, 2011, 2013 and 2014), Trophy Club Country Club is proud to be the home club of legendary LPGA golfer and Golf Hall of Fame Member Kathy Whitworth for more than 20 years. The Club houses the majority of Kathy's trophies, in a beautiful trophy case in the main dining area, from her 88 tour victories, and she still holds the record for the most tour victories by any professional golfer, male or female.
Trophy Club Country Club is home to two world-class golf courses: Ben Hogan's singular golf-course design, a course that places the same demands on a player's accuracy and intellect that Hogan placed on himself; and the Whitworth Course, an equally challenging, modern design.
Trophy Club Country Club recently underwent a renovation that added a new chipping/wedge practice area, an expanded putting area, a renovated landing area with new target fairway and greens, and an expanded single-level hitting deck.

10 a.m. - Player sign-in begins, driving range and putting green open.
11 a.m. - Lunch buffet opens
1 p.m. - Shotgun start
6 p.m. - Dinner from Prairie House, presentation of awards, and silent auction.
Awards
All participants in the 2016 Don January Golf Classic will receive a gift pack.
Hole-in-One - Anyone making a hole-in-one on a designated hole will win a vehicle provided by hole sponsor.
Flight Awards - First- and second-place awards will be given in each of the Classic's three flights.
Closest To The Pin - The winner will receive a Nike golf balls.
Putting Contest - The winner will receive a $100 gift card.
Straight Drive - On the Whitworth Course, the winner will receive a Miller Lite Prize Pack. On the Hogan Course, the winner will receive a Bud Light Prize Pack.
Raffle and Silent Auction - An array of Don January, golf, and North Texas gear and autographs will be up for silent auction, which will conclude at the awards ceremony.
Memorabilia - All participants have a chance to win Don January Golf Classic memorabilia.

Format
The Don January Golf Classic is a five-person scramble, played in three flights. Teams of four players will be teamed with a coach, administrator, personality, or athlete from North Texas Athletics, which may include members of the men's and women's golf teams. Teams may request a specific member of North Texas Athletics with whom to be paired.
Registration
Lunch Sponsor: $4,000 - Sponsor will be recognized during the lunch buffet and at the awards ceremony. Sponsor's logo will be displayed on the Apogee Stadium LED display screen on I-35E. Cost includes registration for four golfers, and team gets its choice of North Texas Athletics personality.
Mean Green Sponsor: $2,500 - Sponsor will be mentioned in event literature. Sponsor's logo will be displayed on four signs posted on the golf course and on the Apogee Stadium LED display screen on I-35E. Cost includes registration for four golfers, and team gets its choice of North Texas Athletics personality.
Green and White Sponsor: $2,000 - Sponsor will be mentioned in event literature. Sponsor's logo will be displayed on four signs posted at the golf course and on the Apogee Stadium LED display screen on I-35E. Cost includes registration for four golfers.
Eagle Sponsor: $1,500 - Sponsor's logo will be displayed on two signs on the golf course. Cost includes registration for four golfers.
Scrappy Sponsor: $750 - Sponsor's logo will be displayed on one sign on the golf course. Cost includes registration for two golfers.
Individual Golfer: $350 - Registration fee for one individual golfer.
Hole Sponsor: $250 - Sponsor's logo will be displayed on one sign at the sponsored hole.
Super Package: $50 - You get two mulligans and ten raffle tickets.
