Cooperatives and Contract Pricing
A number of state and privately sponsored buying cooperatives offer special pricing. Purchasing from a cooperative or taking advantage of a state contract may exempt the purchase from bidding requirements. A username and/or password may be required. Use the Ask Purchasing Form to request a login.
UNTS Negotiated Contracts

We have negotiated fixed rates with several car service providers in the DFW area. Costs will remain in effect from 5/1/14 – 4/30/15, and include gratuities. |

| Event Equipment Rentals | This contract is for the rental of equipment for events such as commencements, banquets, and parties. Available equipment includes tents, tables, chairs and linens. |

Towels, tissue, restroom maintenance supplies, floor care supplies & equipment, cleaners, trash receptacles, containers, gloves, floor equipment repair, packing materials, etc. |
| Laboratory Supplies | System-wide laboratory consumable supplies contract with Fisher Scientific in partnership with University of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance offers exceptional contract pricing on lab supplies. Contract start date Aug. 4, 2014. |

Relocation and moving services for faculty and staff from vendors that will accept a purchase order as the form of payment. Refer to the purchasing guide of your institution for policy and additional processing requirements. |

System-wide office supply contract with PDME in partnership with Office Depot offers exceptional contract pricing on all office supplies, user friendly customized UNTS online ordering system, next day delivery, and your purchases will also receive 100% HUB credit. Pcard can be used at local retail stores and receive the same UNTS contract pricing. |

Preferred supplier agreement that provides up to 50% savings on products used by UNT System departments already. Preferred pricing is loaded at Sigma Aldrich for all UNT System purchases through the requisition and PCard processes. |

Online shipping service for the UNT System is eShipGlobal. Using eShipGlobal as your source for all shipments, domestic, and international, will ensure you receive the best discounted pricing available from FedEx, UPS, Lone Star Overnight and DHL (international shipping only), while obtaining 100% HUB credit for your purchases. |
| Temporary Staffing | TIBH must be considered as your first choice for the best overall value provided for UNT System purchasing dollars. TIBH is the central non-profit agency that links community rehabilitation centers and the Texas Council on Purchasing from People with Disabilities in support of the Texas State Use Program. If your specific staffing needs cannot be met by TIBH, refer to Alternative Staffing Resources. |
| Uniform and Linen Services |
The renegotiated contract for uniform and linen service with Aramark will save an average of 20% System-wide and monthly billing. Delivery tickets no longer need to be forwarded to Payment Services, as payment will be made from monthly statement. |
