Mean Green Fall To 14th Place After The Second Round In Florida

FORT MYERS, Fla. – It was a rough day for the North Texas women’s golf team as they slipped to 14th place after the second round of the 38th Pat Bradley Invitational.

North Texas as a team fired a second-round of 317 and dropped from 10th place heading into the day all the way down to 14th place.

Junior Eji Kwon entered the day only three strokes off the lead but fell off the pace after a round of 7-over par 79. She fell into a tie for 24th place.

Nyca Khaw had the best round of the day for North Texas at 6-over par 78. Khaw is tied for 68th place. Freshman Kalli Jennings and Samantha Huang are tied for 62nd place after they both shot 8-over par 80 on the day. Abbi Shaddix is in 58th place following a second-round score of 83.
