The North Texas swimming team returns to Houston for the Phill Hansel Invitational, while the divers travel to Southlake, Texas to compete in the Tiger Southwest Shootout this weekend.
The three-day meet will take place Nov. 21-23 at the University of Houston Campus Recreation and Wellness Center. Prelims each day will begin at 10 a.m., and the finals will take place at 6 p.m. The teams included in the meet are Idaho, Fresno State, New Mexico State, Rice, Tulane and U of H.
The Mean Green divers will compete Friday and Saturday at the Southwest Shootout, on one- and three-meter boards. Senior Rebecca Taylor qualified for NCAA Diving Zone meet with her performance on three-meter on Oct. 5, when North Texas hosted Arkansas.
